Lake Forest Village is a charming, 115 home community located on 40+ acres in Waterford Township, within prestigious Oakland County, in Michigan. We are south of Pontiac Lake Road between Hospital and Airport Roads. Our community was developed in 1995 and enjoys the natural free space purposefully dedicated by the developer. Lake Forest Village is professionally managed under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors of our homeowners association.
